Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival at Kigali Airport transfer to the Hotel for the first night.

Visit to the Genocide Memorial Centre to learn about Rwanda’s history and pay respects to the victims

Travel to Volcanoes National Park
Visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Fossey Fund and explore the Cindy Broder Conservation Gallery
Check in at Ingagi Parkview Lodge
Day 3 & 4
Early morning departure to Volcanoes National Park headquarters for mountain gorilla trekking
Briefing and drive to the starting point closest to the gorilla family
Encounter with the majestic silverback gorillas and observe their behaviour for up to one hour
Return to the base and transfer back to the lodge
Day 5
Early morning departure for your final gorilla trek
Afternoon transfer to kigali
Farewell dinner
